This book (from the Reader's Digest series) has had it's pages folded into the word Mum with a love heart on each side. The cover has a pretty purple design, and the word has a purple butterfly sitting on top, and ribbon with bow around the bottom. 

All pages are folded, there are no cuts made.

It is:
19.3cm tall
16.5cm wide
14cm deep

 

All the books I fold are second hand, often saved from being thrown into the recycle bin (or rubbish!) or burnt.
