This is a pendant made from reclaimed wood and paired with a purple/teal green leather cord. The pendant can be worn on either side. The wood slice has had four holes drilled and the leather threaded through those allowing it to be a feature on the pendant as well as the cord itself. This is a unisex pendant. The cord has fisherman slider knots so its length can be adjusted.
The wood is a gorgeous Australian wood (a found branch, it wasn't chopped down) that I've sawn into a thick slice and then sanded smooth and given a light wax polish to show the natural wood grain and colour of the wood itself.
The polish is a natural product (orange oil, beeswax, carnauba wax, lanolin).
I've taken the photos to be quite bright so you can see the detail character and flaws in the wood. In natural light, it is a little more subtle.
This is a handmade pendant and, as such, is one of a kind and completely unique. You will not find another natural wood necklace out there exactly like this one.
Please review the pictures as these form a part of the description. The image shows the actual pendant necklace you will be receiving. If you would like more images, just convo me and I'll send them along. The colour may be slightly different to what you're seeing on your screen but I've taken the photos in daylight to give you the best representation possible.
